Transforming an Awkward Layout into a Modern, Functional Space
This new build in Chester County originally featured an awkward kitchen layout with an oversized island and a walk-in pantry, making the space feel cramped. The homeowner’s goal was to maximize functionality, natural light, and create an elegant atmosphere. By rethinking the layout and using a bold, cohesive color palette, we transformed the space into a functional, welcoming home. Natural light now floods the kitchen and surrounding living areas, reflecting the homeowner’s personality and proving that thoughtful design can personalize even the most generic new builds.
