After our consultation, we provide a comprehensive proposal outlining the project scope, design fee, and estimated costs for materials and renovations. Once the budget is agreed upon, we move forward.
3. Design & Estimates
ith your input in hand, we create a cohesive design tailored to your family’s needs and your home’s architecture. We develop floor plans, elevations, and color schemes, and source architectural finishes, window treatments, fabrics, and furnishings to bring your vision to life.
4. presentation
After finalizing the design, we showcase a comprehensive presentation—including floor plans, 3D views, and samples of fabrics and finishes—ensuring every element meets your scope and budget for approval.
5. Purcahsing & Implementation
We manage all orders and vendor timelines, addressing any delays or re-selections as needed. For renovations, this is when construction begins. Our team oversees the entire installation process to bring your transformation to life.
6. Perfect Design
Once all items are delivered and inspected, we style each room to perfection. Any deficiencies are promptly resolved, ensuring your home reflects the dream design we envisioned.
