If your property is vacant, a flip or a new build, whether you want sell or rent, staging is a must. Less than 10% home buyers can see the space as their home. We will provide furniture and accessories, bedding, lamps etc.When staging a home for sale the goal is to make the house feel warm, highlight the selling features, downplay negatives, give the potential buyers a frame of reference and answer questions potential buyers may have regarding layout or functionality.

For Owner Occupied homes, the staging process starts with a Home Staging Consultation – a working appointment during which you will be provided with concrete direction on how to make your house more appealing to potential buyers and a detailed assessment of the property. We will walk through your home inside and out and discuss curb appeal, traffic flow and furniture placement, de-cluttering/depersonalizing, we’ll identify “price eroding” items, make suggestions for repairs and improvements, focal points, paint colors, etc. If the time allows, hands-on staging (re-arrangement of furnishings and decor) can be done during the consultation. At the end of this appointment, our sellers are left with a personalized plan to get their home market ready and less stressed.
Home Staging Consultation is $250 (for up to two hours).
