Home Staging Consultation and Market Ready Property Assessment

We will walk trough your home, inside and out, and I will explain what needs to be done and come up with an Action Plan to prepare your home and get it show its best for the real estate market. Working together we will address any areas of concern and offer detailed ideas and solutions to play up the positive features and eliminating or downplaying the trouble spots. The home staging consultation includes a curb appeal assessment and a room by room check. You will get concrete direction for improving traffic flow, furniture placement, focal points, de-cluttering, de-personalizing, accessorizing, paint colors, eliminating “price eroding” items and more.At the end of this working appointment, you’ll have a solid plan on how to get your home ready for the real estate market in order to sell it fast and for the most.

Home Staging Consultation is $250 (for up to two hours).

If you had a Home Staging Consultation and you worked tirelessly to prepare your home for the market now is time to have your home listed and pictures of the home taken.
Given that 9 out of 10 home buyers are starting their search online having beautiful images of great looking rooms it’s important to have amazing pictures of beautiful looking rooms.
We’ll bring in accessories and do some tweaking and styling so your home will show it’s best in it’s online presentation and marketing products. This service takes usually up to 2 hours.
